Probably the best Honda dealership in the area. I bought our latest Honda here in March (sales was really easy and low pressure) and I just came back in for an included oil change. The waiting area is great with coffee and snacks. But the scheduled appointment for just oil and rotation was over 2 hours of waiting so I'll recommend dropping the car off for even the simplest of visits.

We are a 2-car Ide Honda family. I have had a great relationship with the service center both planned and unplanned.

Jim Milella was extremely help in getting my car back on the road. In this time of supply chain constraints, he found a part that was in short supply, in order to repair my car. Kept me informed of the progress.

Had a safety recall done on my C-RV. Was suppose to have a loaner car per the 1st few conversations to get this scheduled . Nope. I figured I've got options to get it there and a ride back, no biggie. While it was there I had NYS inspection done. They found a broken coil spring and advised to replace both struts and coil springs. A little pricey at over $1k and had to keep it for another day. Another $149 for a 4 wheel alignment was also needed?! Wasn't needed for the RAV 4 when I did the same job on. ...

Had planned to drop my van off but ran into an issue that meant I'd have to work remotely in the waiting area until the work was done. Heather heard my situation when I checked in and said she'd see about getting me a loaner. Before I could pour coffee, Jim found me and had a car ready to go. Very thoughtful and incredibly helpful. You are allowed to walk around looking at the cars and request a salesperson when you want to talk to someone I met with Juan, who was a very pleasant young man who treated me with respect. There was no hard sell nor pushing to buy a car before you are ready. I am looking for a specific car which they didn’t have in inventory today but I will happily continue ...
