Operation Freedom Ride
The Ide Family of Dealerships was proud to host an Operation Freedom Ride Foster Dog Meet & Greet at Ide Volkswagen, giving our community the opportunity to meet incredible rescue dogs searching for loving foster and forever homes. Throughout the event, visitors connected with the dedicated volunteers behind Operation Freedom Ride, learned about the fostering and adoption process, and spent time with some amazing pups looking for a second chance.
Community events like these are what we’re all about. By opening our doors and partnering with organizations like Operation Freedom Ride, we’re helping create meaningful connections that can change lives, both for the dogs and the families who welcome them home.

Section V Golf Tournament 2026
The Ide Family of Dealerships was proud to sponsor the Section V Golf Tournament, celebrating the incredible student-athletes, coaches, and schools that make high school golf in our region so special.
Throughout the tournament, our team enjoyed connecting with players, families, and spectators while cheering on the competitors as they showcased their hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship. Proceeds from the Section V Golf Tournament help fund 41 scholarships awarded each calendar year to deserving local student-athletes, providing opportunities that extend far beyond the golf course.

Penfield Men’s Invitational 2026
The Ide Family of Dealerships was proud to be part of the Penfield Men’s Invitational at Penfield Country Club, supporting another outstanding event that brought together golfers, members, and our local community for a memorable weekend on the course.
Our team enjoyed connecting with participants throughout the event while showcasing a selection of our latest vehicles. One of the weekend’s highlights was our Hole-in-One Challenge, giving golfers the exciting opportunity to win a 2-year lease on a new Honda Civic or Volkswagen Jetta. While no one drove home with the grand prize this year, one golfer came just inches away, making for an unforgettable moment that had everyone watching.

Corn Hill Arts Festival 2026
The Ide Family of Dealerships was proud to return as the sponsor of the Gazebo Stage at the 58th Annual Corn Hill Arts Festival, one of Rochester’s most beloved summer traditions. Throughout the weekend, thousands of visitors enjoyed incredible live music, explored hundreds of talented artists, and experienced everything that makes the Corn Hill Arts Festival such a special community event. The Linden Wine Series in Geneva, proudly sponsored by the Ide Family of Dealerships, brings together local wineries and their talented winemakers for a unique tasting experience. Guests have the opportunity to sample incredible local wines while connecting directly with the people who craft them, learning more about the stories, passion, and process behind every bottle.
Even better, Linden Winer Series help support two amazing community organizations — the Geneva Family YMCA and the Smith Opera House. Proceeds from the event help provide youth programs, family services, wellness opportunities, and access to arts and culture throughout the Geneva community. Local organizations like The Veterans Outreach Center (VOC) in Rochester, New York, remain a fundamental supporter of the needs of local Veterans and their families. The past few years have been very difficult for us all; you can be assured it has been more difficult for many of the women and men who sacrificed so much in hopes of protecting our freedoms. Whether you can come or not…buy a few tickets to support our veterans and their families.100% of the proceeds go toward programs that assist our local veterans.
Barry’s Old School Irish Fest
An invitation to the community to join us in celebrating our love and passion for all things Irish. The day is filled with Live Irish Music, kids crafts and games, food trucks & Irish brews, lawn games, raffles, arts and craft Vendors, Irish Dancers, Bagpipers, and more. As we celebrate our area’s Irish tradition, we’re also focused on giving back to our amazing community. Part of the proceeds from the Festival will be going towards The Webster Fire Department and the formation of Rochester’s Irish Community Center

Best Buddies Friendship Walk
The Ide Family of Dealerships was proud to support and serve as a sponsor for the 2026 Best Buddies Friendship Walk—an inspiring event dedicated to promoting inclusion and friendship for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In the lead-up to the walk, our team partnered with Claire, a participant in Best Buddies programs, who designed the front of our official team t-shirts. To celebrate her creativity and the impact of the organization, we had her design professionally framed and displayed in the Ide Honda showroom. As a token of our appreciation and support, we also framed a custom Ide logo—colored in by our team in Claire’s artistic style—to present back to Best Buddies.
On the day of the event, our support extended across all locations. Team members at both Ide Honda and Ide Volkswagen proudly wore the custom shirts in-store to help spread awareness, spark conversations, and show solidarity with the Best Buddies mission. In addition, several of our employees participated in the Friendship Walk itself, joining the community in a powerful show of support and inclusion.
We’re honored to stand alongside Best Buddies and contribute to such a meaningful cause. Events like the Friendship Walk are a reminder of the importance of connection, acceptance, and community—and we’re grateful to play a small part in making a difference.
Equicenter Guest Bartending Night
The Ide Family of Dealerships was proud to sponsor and be part of an incredible night supporting EquiCenter at Tin Cup Social for their Guest Bartending Event.
It was a great turnout, bringing together our community for a fun and meaningful evening. We were excited to have an amazing lineup of guest bartenders including Rich Ide, Tyler Norton (lead singer of M80s), Claudia Hoyser ( Singer / Song writer) , Sean McCarthy ( co-owner of Hoochenannt and owner of McCarthy Tents and Events) , Pat Duffy from 96.5 WCMF, and Buffalo Bills long snapper Reid Ferguson.
Thanks to everyone who came out, ordered specialty Tito’s Handmade Vodka cocktails, and supported our guest bartenders, we were able to help raise over $4,000 through tips and specialty drinks to benefit EquiCenter’s therapeutic programs.
We’re grateful to partner with organizations like EquiCenter and thankful to Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Tin Cup Social, and Reid Ferguson for helping make the night such a success. It was a great example of what it means to give back and support the community we’re proud to be a part of!

Luck at the Cannery
Luck was definitely on our side at this year’s Luck at the Cannery
The Ide Family of Dealerships was proud to support this incredible community event at The Cannery in Fairport, bringing people together for a day filled with great music, local food and drinks, and a shared purpose.
Guests made their way through some of the Cannery’s favorite spots including Tin Cup Social, Iron Smoke Distillery, Compane Trattoria, Faircraft Brauhaus, Preservation Beer Company, and more—enjoying everything the event had to offer while supporting a meaningful cause.
We were especially honored to help present a donation to Christopher’s Challenge, contributing to the incredible $21,708 raised. Christopher’s Challenge supports patients and families going through bone marrow transplants while also helping grow the donor registry to find life-saving matches for those in need. This funding will make a real impact for so many.
